2. Market Questionnaire - We invite suppliers to complete a Questionnaire to provide feedback on procurement models and
service delivery approaches. Interested suppliers should request preliminary market
engagement (PME) questionnaire via email to procurement@barnet.gov.uk by 20 October 2025. Please ensure email subject states 'Home and Community PME Questionnaire'.
To participate in this Pre-Market Engagement, suppliers are required to register on Barnet's procurement portal
