These are identified in accordance with Procurement Act 2023, Schedule 8, 5 Materialisation of Known Risk that could jeopardise the satisfactory performance of the contract but because of its nature could not be addressed at point of contract award. Identification of known risks in the tender documents is intended to provide transparency should possibility of modification be required.
